Creator privacy notice

What we hold

Your name, email address, phone number when you give us one, country and language, your public platform profiles, the shipping address you provide for a sample, the samples you request, the content links you share with us, and your affiliate code and link when you have one.

Why we hold it

To manage our relationship with you, to ship product samples, to run creator campaigns and to manage affiliate participation. We do not keep more than we need for those purposes.

Where discovered information comes from

Some creator records begin with publicly available information: a public channel or profile page, a public business-contact page, a media kit, or a public search result. For every such detail we record the page it came from and the date we retrieved it, so we can always tell you where something originated. We never guess an email address and we never build one from a name or a domain.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete or anonymise your record.
• Ask us to stop contacting you, and we will mark you do-not-contact immediately.
• Unsubscribe from any email we send; that suppression is permanent unless you ask otherwise.

Who else sees it

Our shipping and order system (Shopify), our email delivery provider (Mandrill) and, for affiliate participation, Shopify Collabs. Commission attribution and payment are handled entirely by Shopify Collabs.
